As part of their Wants and Demands, some employees will demand Employee Health Insurance

Employees can demand

Gold Health Insurance
Silver Health Insurance, or higher
Bronze Health Insurance, or higher

To set up Health Insurance, perform the following steps

Visit the Hospital and talk to the Health Insurance Manager
Choose an HR Manager and a level of Insurance: Gold, Silver, Bronze
The Health Insurance Manager will soon send a text message with an offer.
You can Accept, Reject, or Negotiate this offer.

Once you accept, the employees assigned to the HR Manager will be covered by the chosen plan.

Note

HR Manager skill determines what level of insurance they can request
You will be charged for a minimum of 10 employees
You will be charged daily for this plan
Your HR Manager can upgrade their plan at any time on their BizMan app on your BizPhone
