How to Order Imports to Your Warehouse or Factory
After setting up your Import contract, it's time to import inventory!
The MarketInsider app on your BizPhone will show the daily import index for each product, which impacts the purchase price.
Ensure Successful Imports
- Imports happen Monday mornings at 08:00 (8 AM)
- Your order must be placed by Sunday night at 20:00 (8 PM)
- Import locations need Pallet Shelves to receive the inventory
- You must have enough money to pay for the order
- Imports are made to each warehouse in the order they are listed
Repeating Order
When *Enabled*, this will automatically reorder each week until you *Disable* it.
Smart Delivery
When *Disabled*, the agent orders the amount you enter.
When *Enabled*, the agent treats your number as a target and adjusts the order based on warehouse stock.
If your warehouse stock exceeds your target, nothing will be ordered.
*Smart Delivery Example:*
Your target is 500, and your warehouse currently has 300. Your Purchasing Agent will order 200.
Urgent Orders
If you need an order delivered in the middle of the week, you can request an Urgent Order.
- Your current order will arrive the next morning
- A surcharge will apply based on your difficulty level
- Urgent Orders count toward your weekly limit
