How to Deliver Inventory from Warehouses
After setting up your Delivery Plans, it's time to deliver to your stores or other warehouses!
Ensure Successful Deliveries
- Delivery Plans are shipped once per day at 02:00 (2 AM)
- Each retail delivery location needs Storage Shelves to receive the inventory
- Each warehouse / factory delivery location needs Pallet Shelves to receive the inventory
- Deliveries are made to each store or warehouse in the order they are listed
Smart Deliveries
The Logistics Manager will adjust the delivery amount based on current store stock (this includes all the inventory in the store - on storage shelves and on display shelves)
*Example:*
Your target amount is 5,000 Paperbags.
Your store already has a Cash Register holding 1,000 Paperbags
Your store also has a Storage Shelf holding 2,000 Paperbags.
Your Logistics Manager will ship 2,000 more Paperbags so your store total is 5,000.
Export to Warehouses
You can also ship from one warehouse to another warehouse or factory to create a more complex logistics network.
Simply set the other warehouse or factory as one of the Logistics Manager's destinations in their Delivery Plan.
