Each Pricing Manager can manage prices for every item sold in one neighborhood.
To manage multiple neighborhoods, you will need multiple Pricing Managers, as prices will reset if you unassign the employee.
Pricing Managers will also give you updates each morning with their suggested prices for each item, as well as any rival's current price.
The skill level (%) defines the accuracy of their daily pricing suggestions.
