Training
Employee skill can be increased through training.
- Manual training - train the employee from the MyEmployees app on your BizPhone. This increases skill the fastest, but requires the employee be unassigned from their position during training. Training ends at 17:00 (5pm) the day after they have been sent to training.
- Automatic HR Manager Training - if your employee is assigned to an HR Manager, they will automatically increase their skill slowly each day. The employee continues to work during this training.
- On-the-job Training - while your employee works, they will very slowly gain skill overtime through natural on-the-job training. This is the slowest way to increase skill.
Wages
As your employees increase in skill, their wages will also increase.
