The *MyEmployees App* lets you manage your employees and recruits.
Employees
You can manage all of your hired employees in this menu. From here you can see their current age, wage, skill levels, satisfaction, business assignment, demands, uniforms and more.
Candidates
You can manage any new recruits in this tab.
You can assign them to a business, hire them, or reject potential employees. If you don't take action before the offer expires, they will automatically be deleted from the list.
Recruits can come from the following sources
- Job Board
- Anderson Recruitment Corp.
- City Workforce Inc.
- C.A.S.T.
- Headhunter Employee
Employee Actions
Select an employee to get more details about that employee.
From there, you can pay the employee a bonus, assign uniforms, assign current business, or send the employee to training.
Mass Employee Actions
You can select multiple Employees or Candidates by clicking on the checkmark next to their name. Shift-click to select multiple employees in a row.
Once your employees are selected, you can use the drop-down menu up top to apply an action to all the selected employees.
