Each employee will have up to 3 demands. Meeting the demands will ensure the employee is satisfied, but if you ignore the demands, the employee will eventually resign.

Demands come in three levels of urgency

Critical
Important
Nice To Have

The higher the priority of the demand, the more impact it will have on the employee's satisfaction.

Environment Demands
Equipment Demands
Schedule Demands
